Pregnancy through Postpartum
Body, mind, and spirit support for the birthing transition.
We meet at different frequencies throughout the 4 trimesters of pregnancy to anticipate and reflect on pregnancy and postpartum changes. We focus on supporting a health pregnancy and postpartum recovery with whole food plant-based eating, exercise and fitness, consistent quality sleep, stress management, eliminating toxins and toxic behaviors, and identifying community, meaning, and purpose.
Birth doula support is available on the North Fork, Long Island.
Meetings
(1) First Trimester session (10-12 weeks) to review Lifestyle Intake, initial prenatal labs, and general pregnancy timeline
(1) Second Trimester session (22 weeks) to review previous testing results, make any lifestyle modifications to support healthy blood pressure and blood sugar levels, begin birth and postpartum planning
(2) Third Trimester sessions (32 weeks, 38 weeks) to review new testing results, finalize birth and postpartum plans
(4) Postpartum (2 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks) to support the initial adjustment including expectations, challenges, resources, and tools
