Yoga Nidra - Ground Your Spirit (Virtual)

In honor of Earth day, ground your spirit by connecting to annamaya kosha, which will be our focus of this extended yoga nidra class. We will start with some gentle movement and breathing exercises before slowing into stillness. We will systematically relax ourselves into savasana in preparation for the yoga nidra process.
