In this session with Jess, you’ll learn about meal prep with her favorite cooking hacks, pantry must-haves, and favorite ways to source food to inspire, spark, and stir up all the fun that should be had in the kitchen.

Jess is a self-trained chef who took her own health adventure and turned it into an adventure in cooking and now a career. Jess, owner and operator of That’s What She Fed, a small private chef and local food prep business brings her love for real food and passion for health together to create meals for families all over the north fork. Her goal is to help bring more joy and ease into the kitchen while creating a healthier lifestyle that suits her clients.
