Emily will guide you through a self-exploration to help you get a holistic sense of your relationship to food. She will use many of the techniques with the group that she uses in her one-on-one sessions.
She will also share the details for an optional 4 week Lifestyle Refresh that will be built into the program. These will be peer and professional supported experiences to help the group cultivate consistency with habits and routines.
